We are in Montenegro and we are owners of luxury new-built comfortable and cosy two bedroom log house, which is perfectly situated near the picturesque center of Kolasin (800 m) in the North Mountains of Montenegro. The town of Kolasin is located on the foot of the Bjelasica and Sinjajevina mountains - which has great conditions for skiing. Kolasin is 1000 meters above sea level and is considered to be an air-spa. The log house would be a perfect re-treat for guests wishing to enjoy the beautiful surrounding nature and activities on offer such as skiing, river rafting and mountaineering. The log house has beautiful views of the nearby Tara river and the tourist town of Kolasin provides travelers with a good choice of restaurants, bars and local shops. Additionally benefits with central heating radiators throughout and a secure car parking space in garage reserved for guests.

The log house contains two apartments (both of 66m2+gallery+garage). The apartments includes a living room, dinning room, kitchen, one three bed bedroom and one bedroom with a double bed, separate toilet, bathroom with hydro massage shower.
The log house has been comfortable furnished throughout and every piece of wood furniture has been hand carved; it also has a gallery of art (which is also for sale by the owner). The living area is well lit with large patio windows looking onto the Tara river. It includes sofa, armchairs, coffee table, Satellite TV and DVD player.

The kitchen is well equipped and includes, hob, fridge, coffee maker and all other cooking utensils, there is also a dining table with seating. The Master bedroom includes double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, bedside tables with lamps. It has been decorated with oil paintings and rustic mirror.The second bedroom includes three single beds, wardrobe, bedside table with lamp. The log house has two bathrooms. One bathroom includes hydro massage shower, washbasin, vanity mirror and wc. Their is also a separate wc with washbasin. The log house has its own terrace area with a stunning mountain and river views and includes garden furniture. Free wireless network connections. Also, it has a secure garage car space reserved for guests and a driveway where another car can be parked. Kolasin is a well connected town by roads and rail. Podgorica airport is 80 km away.
