Description

The family houses "Boskovic" are situated in administrative center of Budva town, in the street of Blaza Jovanovica 34, in a quiet settlement, far from the traffic crowd.

Two houses, the bigger one and the smaller one (the smaller one is a comfortable apartment with four beds), are situated on a big yard full of flowers, orange and kiwi trees and grape vine, while above the terrace there is a grape vine under which you can sit in comfortable chairs and enjoy in the outdoor barbecue.

The bigger house was built in 1964. From that time on, there is the tradition of renting the rooms and apartments in "Boskovic" house. The house was renovated in 2005, which made the quality and commodity even better, and friendly and welcome attitude towards the guests has always been well-known. The smaller house was built in 1992.

Good location makes dwelling of the guests and business people comfortable during all 12 months of the year.

The houses are only 300 meters far from the beach, 100 meters from the most frequently visited hotel of "Slovenska plaza", indoor pool, sport center. In the neighborhood there is also "Jadranski sajam" ("The Adriatic Fair"), where there are different fair manifestations during the whole year.

One need only couple of minutes of walking to the Old Town Budva, with all its beauty, the unusual, 3 millenniums old story, market centers, boutiques, greengrocer, ambulance, bus station.

• When booking group of people different policies and additional supplements may apply.
• Residential tax is not included in above prices. Customers are required to pay 1,00 € for the tax per person per night. Customers from the age of 12 to 18 have a 50% discount, while children under the age of 12 are exempt from paying. 
• These rates are valid for the guests staying a minimum of 3 nights. If guests stay less than 3 nights these rates are increased for an additional 30%.
• Insurance is not included in above prices. Insurance is 0,50 € per person per day and is compulsory for everyone.
