Sveti Stefan (St. Stefan) a former fishermen's village, today a famous city-hotel situated in the most beautiful part of the Montenegrin coast.

This place is famous for its beauty, architecture, comfort and beaches. Its densely packed cubic houses reflect an archaic environment, revoking an ancient romanticism of living. At the same time, within the splendour and luxury of the interior of these small slumbering houses, it provides a magnificent offer, meeting the criteria of the most elite clientele.

Thanks to the idea of renowned Montenegrin painters the city-hotel accommodated its first guest 40 years ago. Its clientele are mostly statesmen, high ranking politicians, industrialists, movie stars.

It is situated an hour drive from the Podgorica and half-an-hour drive from the Tivat international airports. At a distance 10 minutes away from St. Stefan there is a marina in Budva, whereas the marina in Bar is located an hour away.

The facility is intended for highly demanding guests and offers supreme comfort and service provided in the greatest world tourist centres. The facility offers for accommodation 12 rooms and apartments of which 2 are presidential. The central part of the complex is dominated by a very beautiful pool in which water is heated throughout the year. The villa offers a Jacuzzi, sauna, fitness gym, restaurant with terrace, bar, garage, parking etc.

Both the interior and the exterior of the villa are the work of top architects which have used the best Italian granite and marble, as well as furniture, to bring their ideas to life. The villa is furnished with state-of-the-art telecommunication equipment, as well as other facilities provided by the new technology.

The fitness gym located beside the swimming pool is furnished with modern digital equipment. Beside the fitness gym there is a large Jacuzzi and a sauna. The closed parking as well as a garage with elevators for cars is situated on the lower floor; there are car washing facilities.

The facility has its hotel security and 24 hour video surveillance. It also avails of its own water and electric power supply system.

Every apartment is different and unique. These are super luxurious rooms and apartments. The area of the rooms and apartments ranges form 25.50 sq.m. to 156 sq.m.
