Hotel description:
The hotel is situated directly on sandy beach known as "Long beach" which is one of the
most important beach in Ulcinj (about 14 miles long) and which is about 3
km distant from the center of the Old town of Ulcinj. It offers many attractions such
as bars, restaurants, shops, clubs and discos (accessible by taxi - about 7 EUR / one
way). Transferfrom airport to hotel takes about 4 - 5 h.

Rooms:
Hotel has 134 modern and spacious double rooms (extra bed possible - in the form
of sofas or couches), with a balcony and a bathroom. All rooms
include: TV (satellite TV) with a flat screen TV, telephone, safe (for free), mini bar(extra
charge), air conditioning (centrally controlled, for free).There is a hairdryer in the
bathroom. The hotel was completely renovated in 2008.

For our guests:
Reception (24 hours), air-conditioned main restaurant with terrace (seats available for
children and free for children), parking, elevator, restaurant with a la carte international
cuisine (extra charge), bar, swimming pool (fresh water), sun terrace, swimming pool for
children, and umbrellas (at the pool - free of charge, on the beach - extra charge). Hotel
accepts credit cards.

Meals:
Breakfast - (07:00 to 10:00- buffet) ,lunch - (12.00 to 14.00 -survey or buffet, depanding
on the number of the guests), dinner- (19.00 to 21.00 - buffet).

Sport and entertainment:
At the beach (water sports equipment) for an additional fee.

1 child 3-12 years with 1 adult in a bed, a discount of 30%
2 children from 3-12 years with 1 adult in a single bed + extra bed has a 50% discount
The third adult on the an extra bed 20%

Residential tax is not included in above prices. Customers are required to pay 1,00 € for the tax per person per night. Customers from the age of 12 to 18 have a 50% discount, while children under the age of 12 are exempt from paying.
Insurance is not included in above prices. Insurance is 0,50 € per person per day and is compulsory for everyone.
