The building is near Old Town Kotor, one of the most renowned towns in the Mediterranean, which is included in UNESCO world natural and cultural inheritance. Place Orahovac is famous by numerous sunny days, clear water, breeding sites for mussels and fish, fishermen and four hundred years old oak-tree. The place is well connected to Kotor and Herceg Novi by local transit. Orahovac is 7 km away from Kotor, 20 km from airport Tivat, 70 km from Port Bar, 50 km from airport Cilipi, and 100 km from Podgorica. Boka cannot praise itself for having delightful beaches, though a pleasure experienced in its lagoons is precious. There you will find peace and privacy. Far away from eyes of inquisitives, you are alone with nature. But, when it comes to beaches in Boka, we by no means think of Orahovac. Residential tax is not included in above prices. Customers are required to pay 1,00 € for the tax per person per night. Customers from the age of 12 to 18 have a 50% discount, while children under the age of 12 are exempt from paying.
These rates are valid for the guests staying a minimum of 3 nights. If guests stay less than 3 nights these rates are increased for an additional 30%.
Insurance is not included in above prices. Insurance is 0,50 € per person per day and is compulsory for everyone.
