House has its own swimming pool with optional equipment (turbo-jet massage, attractive lighting ...), and terrace with deck chairs overlooking the Riviera of Budva and Sveti Stefan. The pool has open-bar and grill.

Apartments are in place Blizikuce at a distance of only 1,5 km from the famous summer resort of Sveti Stefan. We offer 8 modern apartments and 8 rooms with bathrooms. Apartments include: a spacious living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, air conditioning and TV. Guest can use 6 parking garage-places and 6 praking places and large overflow pool with LED for night swimming. The nearest beaches are at a distance of 500 (air distance) m to 1500m (beach "Drobni pijesak" and "Crbvena Glavica"). Nearby there are several attractive beaches on the Montenegrin coast.

Note

Residential tax is not included in above prices. Customers are required to pay 1,00 € for the tax per person per night. Customers from the age of 12 to 18 have a 50% discount, while children under the age of 12 are exempt from paying.
These rates are valid for the guests staying a minimum of 3 nights. If guests stay less than 3 nights these rates are increased for an additional 30%.
Insurance is not included in above prices. Insurance is 0,50 € per person per day and is compulsory for everyone.
