In the natural environment next to the river Kolasinska toward the ski resort Jezerine is new build apartment village of 4 separate houses that its content can provide comfortable accommodation for families and groups of people for longer stays with a full sense of the home atmosphere.

Apartmnets Lux are owned by the family Jovanović, which deals with this business from 2005.Houses size is of 45 to 57 m2. Each has two bedrooms, a living room with a set of furnished kitchen, bathroom with shower, terrace with furniture for summer vacation, as well as the common house mushroom. Heating is on wood with a fire furnaces.

Each apartment has its own covered garage, as well as use the basketball court, which is located on the property owners of apartments.

For entertainment there is a table for table tennis and pool table. In the summer content guests can rent terrain vehicles Micubishi Pajero for family trips by the surrounding mountains. Using home billiard can be arranged in agreement with the owner.

Note

• Sojourn tax is not included in above prices. Customers are required to pay 0,70 € for the tax per person per night. Customers from the age of 12 to 18 have a 50% discount, while children under the age of 12 are exempt from paying. 
• These rates are valid for the guests staying a minimum of 3 nights. If guests stay less than 3 nights these rates are increased for an additional 30%.
• Insurance is not included in above prices. Insurance is 0,50 € per person per day and is compulsory for everyone.
