Contessa Apartments are located 500 m from the sea, near the city center. From the apartment offers a beautiful view of Budva bay, and the city. We offer accommodation in 10 modern apartments. All apartments are air conditioned and have sea view. In addition to the apartments have balconies, guests are available two 170m2 terrace area for rest, also with sea view. Property has parking and garage places.

We offer you accommodation in double, triple and four-bed apartments. Daily room cleaning and changing towels are only one part of the service that we provide.

Contessa rooms and apartments have its own parking place and it is intended only for our guests. Parking space is included in the price.

Building is covered with wireless internet signal that can be used without special compensation.

Note

Residential tax is not included in above prices. Customers are required to pay 1,00 € for the tax per person per night. Customers from the age of 12 to 18 have a 50% discount, while children under the age of 12 are exempt from paying.
These rates are valid for the guests staying a minimum of 3 nights. If guests stay less than 3 nights these rates are increased for an additional 30%.
Insurance is not included in above prices. Insurance is 0,50 € per person per day and is compulsory for everyone.
