The apartment enjoys a front line position. It is situated on the coastal road, nestling in the hills above the village of Przno and has stunning views of the bay, sea and surrounding mountains. It is on the top floor (4th floor - no lift). The high ceilings gives it a light and airy feel. The beach at Przno is a 5 minute stroll along a public footpath. Close by is the famous coastal town of Sveti Stefan (1km) and the bustling resort town of Budva (7km).

  • Well equipped kitchen with oven, halogen hob and extractor fan, integrated fridge/freezer, electric kettle and toaster, washing machine, knives, cutlery, kitchen utensils, pots and pans.

Living Rooms:

  • Open plan living room and dining area leads onto front balcony with sea views. Lounge with leather suite, 2 x 1 single armchair and 1 x 3 seater sofabed. Extendable table for 6 people and 6 dining chairs. TV, DVD and MP3 Sony CD player, air conditioning.

Other:

  • There is an iron and ironing board. A drying clothes airer and laundry baskets. There is a Hoover and other cleaning items.

Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service:

  • Cotton linens, towels, blankets and bed throws are provided. Cleaning of the apartment is done once a week. Property agent available to meet, greet and cater to your needs.

  • For clients wishing to pay by credit card, we will make a 4 % extra charge. This is to recover the credit companies’ charges to us. This will be itemised on your confirmation.

Note

  • The apartment has split air-conditioning. It is suitable for families or couples but unfortunately not for clients with walking difficulties due to the number of steps to the apartment. Smoking is allowed on balconies only. Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
  • Residential tax is not included in above prices. Customers are required to pay 1,00 € for the tax per person per night. Customers from the age of 12 to 18 have a 50% discount, while children under the age of 12 are exempt from paying. The guest is required to pay the amount of sojourn tax upon arrival.
  • These rates are valid for the guests staying a minimum of 3 nights. If guests stay less than 3 nights these rates are increased for an additional 30%.
  • Insurance is not included in above prices. Insurance is 0,50 € per person per day and is compulsory for everyone.
